Customizable calendars! You can now create and edit custom calendars that let you sort, filter, and color items in your Studiometry calendar. What could you do with this?

• Quickly view schedules for teams of employees. Setup multiple teams and view all team schedules simultaneously.
• View upcoming meetings with potential clients.
• Change the color of to dos and events on projects with upcoming deadlines to RED because they’re IMPORTANT!
• Show only events with a high priority, or view high-priority events in a specific color (possibly RED?)
• Color everything in your calendar RED (don’t do that)

Calendars are saved into your calendars list. The filters, coloring, and settings are all stored so you can quickly view the exact data you’d like in Studiometry’s calendar view. Companies with multiple employees can also share calendars between employees, and admin users can assign calendars to other employees.

For the first time in more than 10 years of business, Oranged Software is late to release a major update of Studiometry. The reason for this is simple: Studiometry’s interface needed a huge overhaul, and we wanted to make sure we got it right.

We’ve redesigned the UI from the ground up to make it cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to understand. We transitioned Studiometry for Mac to a Cocoa build, adding support for Full Screen Mode, Spellchecking, and much more. We’ve also added the usual barrage of literally hundreds of new features and updates based on user feedback.

It’s finally here! This is a huge update for us that’s been many months in the making. We’re very pleased with the amount of quality features we’ve added to our flagship product with this release. Studiometry 10.0 is a “pay-for” upgrade from previous versions of Studiometry. Owners of previous versions will get a 30-day trial, but if you bought Studiometry 9.x or older before July 1st and you want all of the new features, you’ll need to purchase an upgrade license continue using 10.x after the trial expires.

Studiometry 10 Free Upgrade Grace Period Announced

Studiometry 10 will be released later this summer, and with it will come many new features and improvements to the application.

Oranged Software regularly offers free upgrades to users who purchase Studiometry just before pay-for upgrades are released, and we are continuing this tradition with the release of Studiometry 10. New purchases of Studiometry 9.x made on or after July 1, 2012 will receive a free upgrade to Studiometry 10.x when it is released this September.

Eligible users can retrieve their free upgrade license by opening a support ticket with us once Studiometry 10.x has been released. If you have any questions regarding eligibility, please open a support ticket with us.

Studiometry 9.2 is out now and this version has a huge list of improvements. We’ve added to the markup capabilities throughout the program and introduced default markups for each work and expense type. We added more control over the assignment and display of project IDs. We’ve also improved the project summaries and project templates with several user-requested updates. Check out the version history for the extensive list of changes. As always, Studiometry 9.2 is free for registered 9.x users.
